I just read a little story with some delicious schmexy. Check out my review for Tabatha Vargo and Melissa Andrea’s LITTLE BLACK BOOK. Fab read!!!
Be sure to check out the trailer by the fabulous Becca Manuel too. Oh and enter the giveaway!!!
My name’s Sebastian Black, and I want to buy you. I could have any woman I want, but I choose you.
NO RELATIONSHIP, JUST SEX.
Here’s my offer…
I’ll put your name in my LITTLE BLACK BOOK, and when I want you, I’ll call you. When I call, you’re going to come, in more ways than one. It will be mutually pleasurable for both of us.
There are only two rules:
DON’T EVER DENY ME.
DON’T FALL IN LOVE.
If you do either, I’ll remove you from my book and payment stops.
Do we have an understanding?
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I popped my Tabatha Vargo and Melissa Andrea cherry!!! Little Black Book was my first ever read by these authors. Can I say HOT!!!!
Vargo and Andrea know a thing or two about writing sexy or should I say sexxxy?!?!?
What made this read so deliciously hot was the fact there wasn’t over the top gratuitous sex. Don’t get me wrong, the scenes were sizzling panty melters but the story warranted the sex. It wasn’t just thrown on a page. Story you say? Heck yeah!!!! A story that was well developed too. Full of suspense, intrigue, angst, humour, and everything in between. I did not want to put the book down. The main character Sebastian Black might have had something to do with that. Can we say” yes please”!!! Sebastian Black was a book boyfriend to put a notch on the literary bed post. He had great appeal. He wasn’t a boy who hadn’t lived. His back story was the perfect set up for who he was in the book. It wasn’t far fetched either. He was a viable and realistic character. Dimples on a book boy aren’t usually a big deal for me but something about Sebastian Black’s I tell ya…
The female m/c Jessica. I loved her. Usually in alpha male stories, the woman is a bit of a wishy washy, doormat. Not Jessica. She was a feisty one who said what she wanted to say.
Vick, the female secondary. Let me just say a woman scorned…
The setting for the story (Clive’s a New York club) was a perfect setting for the story as it made for a more likely scenario for Sebastian Black’s character.
The writing was quick paced, fun and flowed well. There weren’t any lags in the story and the timeline of the story worked well.
Based on Little Black Book, I would definitely read more from Tabatha Vargo and Melissa Andrea. These ladies and Little Black Book get 4/5 flirty and dirty stars.
